About

Why this matters

Government procurement shouldn't require a full proposal department just to understand what's being asked.

Our mission

Solicitation documents are long, complex, and written for compliance, not clarity. For owner-led contractors, independent proposal consultants, and lean bid teams, responding to an RFP means days of manual review before a single word of the proposal is written.

Firms without a dedicated proposal department spend their most limited resource — time — on extraction instead of strategy. The process rewards size and staffing over substance.

Grimoire Logic exists to change the economics of that process. We're building AI tools that help teams understand what an RFP actually requires — organized, structured, and ready for human review.

Our approach

Make dense documents usable

Not summarized. Not replaced. Structured enough that lean teams can act on the information efficiently without starting from scratch.

Keep sensitive data under your control

Procurement data — pricing strategies, teaming arrangements, competitive intelligence — should stay with the teams that own it. Our architecture is designed for private, local deployment.

Design for human review, not black-box automation

Procurement decisions are too consequential for unverified outputs. Every result is intended to be reviewed and refined by the people who know the work.

Where we are

Grimoire Logic is an early-stage company. We're actively developing the platform and working with a small group of early partners to validate the experience and refine our approach.

If you work in government contracting, proposal consulting, or procurement operations — and the problem we're solving resonates — we'd welcome the conversation.
